Actions Overview
An Action is used where you want something dynamic to happen within your
presentation. To use actions you need to identify exactly what is going
to happen and when it's going to occur. Then, using logical expressions
you explain the process to LiquidMedia. This is all done through the Actions
Bar

that you must be selected on an actor to use the actions bar.
