Inserting Scenes

To insert a scene select the "Insert" menu and select "Scene" or through the "Add Scene" toolbar button.

A dialog box (below) will ask which type of scene you wish to add.

  • Blank scenes are blank on creation
  • Background scene has a image added as the background
  • Template scenes allow you to start a presentation where the first scene is an existing presentation template.

New Scenes are added to the end of the presentation queue and are viewable from the Scene View.

 


Editing Scenes
To edit a scene double click on the thumbnail you wish to open into the Actor View for editing. To change a scenes name click into the textbox located on each thumbnail and type a new scene name.


Viewing Scenes
To view the scenes in a presentation select the "Thumbs" from the view menu or "Thumbs" from the toolbar. Thumbnails can be reordered by dragging a thumbnail onto another thumbnails position. Thumbnails can be cut, copied and pasted into and from a presentation.



Deleting Scenes
To remove a scene select the "Edit,Delete" menu item or "Delete" from the toolbar to remove the currently selected scene.
